Whether you’re fine-tuning performance or enhancing safety, this upgrade provides the insights you need—right when you need them. Today we supply three different models of DYNO Engine Brake, installed on engines in diving lifeboats from various engine manufacturers. There are now over 70 DYNO Engine Brakes installed. DYNO Engine Brake has proven to be very effective in ensuring good combustion during engine maintenance runs and also a useful tool to be able to control engine performance.   ###### Solution   Install a data logger on the engine and the Dyno installation and you will be capable of monitoring and recording the critical parameters necessary to assess engine and dyno performance. Data such as: Engine RPM Engine Oil Pressure Engine Cooling Water Temperature Dyno Hydraulic Oil Temperature Dyno Hydraulic Oil Pressure Exhaust Temperature Dyno running hours   PLC with integrated LCD screen for data in "Real-Time" during testing available from outside the engine compartment. The FV test program is built into the PLC to provide instructions to the operator on the actions required to complete the test.
