Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Mumbai, Yeoman Marine Pvt. Ltd. (YMPL) plays a critical role in India’s marine sector by delivering end-to-end solutions for propulsion systems, power generation, and machinery maintenance. The company has workshops in Mumbai, Chennai and offices and resident engineers are located Kochi, Visakhapatnam, and Kolkata.YMPL is part of the Yeoman Group of companies.The flagship company YMSPL has a captive shipyard in Ratnagiri, India with primary business of ship building and ship repair. YMPL is also engaged in execution of turnkey project and system integration for both defence and commercial vessels.

The Western Shipyard was established in 1969 and privatized by the Estonian Concern BLRT Grupp in 2001. In 2003, it was reorganized into the Western Shipyard Group and consists of 18 companies. The group‘s main activity fields are – ship repair and conversion, ship building, stevedoring and storage services, metal construction production, metal processing, hot galvanization, technical supply, transport services, procurement, etc.

Aros Marine provides Interior and HVAC services for various types of vessels (cargo, passenger, specialized), meeting client’s needs and fulfilling a planned functional specificity of the vessel.

The yard has dry docks of 160x 23,8 m. / 16.000 ton and 230x32 m. / 55.000 ton. Also a 85x14,1 m. / 3500 dwt slipway and quays of 160 and 180 m. are available at the yard.

Syncrolift 175 x 30 m, lifting capacity 10.000 tons (Upto 35.000 tdw), upto 7 vessels accommodated at the same time. Repair berths with upto 12m draft. Favourable climate conditions and availability of dockspace.

3 docks; from 205 x 33,2 m to 300 x 52 m. Can undertake all type of repairs and conversions.

A shipyard being a part of the Singapore based Sembcorp Marine able to undertake all type of ship repair and conversions. From 2019 a floating dock will be installed at the yard. Capacity of 320 x 70 m.- lifting 85000 t.

Astibal is an international ship repair facility, sister yard of Astican and Astander strategically located in the Port of Balboa, Panama. The yard includes three graving docks for vessels up to Panamax size, with over 12,000 sqm of fully equipped workshops

Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2002 and is currently the largest private corporation in the ship repairing industry in China, owning three production bases. Xinya Shipyard is located at Donglangzu, Liuheng Town, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, where is at the south bank of Shuangyu Port (Fodu Waterway). Its geographic location is 29°47′25′′N and 122°06′50′′E.
